I know COVID is having an affect on the NHS but this surgery has massively gone down hill. You can never get an appointment, receptionists can be very unprofessional and give the impression they don’t give a damn. Staff turnover is very high . I have been with them over 30 years but I’m afraid it’s time to move on. No confidence wotsoever with them.

Have been trying for weeks to get my insulin changed as the current one isn't working, have done everything they've asked me to do and still cant get them to do anything. Was told to go online and fill econsult in and the GP would get back in touch, message comes up 'econsult is not available at your surgery'. I'm about to have surgery and can't afford to go in with unstable BG. No phone appointments for weeks. Was told to phone at 8am for an urgent phone call with the GP, I'm at work then, cant. What do i do now?

You never get to see the same doctor twice. Doctors have no interest in patients and treat you like an inconvenience. Receptionist don’t give accurate information or do not even know the facilities on offer.

After requesting repeat meds for life saving medication on 14th December for collecting on 28th went to chemists to collect some meds not in blister pack contacted surgery to be told would be there next day. Not there next day so pharmacist rang surgery and was told be there next day. Return to chemists still no tablets then emergency rescue pack sent to chemists on 2nd January rang surgery to say didn't request rescue pack and that dosage of rescue pack was wrong in any case. Told to collect correct tablets on 3rd ........ still nothing......went on 7th still nothing fed up ringing surgery so spoke to office manager who assured me that tablets would be ready on 8th .....BUT THEN RANG ME TO ASK WHAT DOSAGE I REQUIRED!!!!!!!!!! After some choice words about me not being a doctor so not down to me to prescribe dosage was told everything will be sorted ...... Hey ho 10th January still nothing surgery manager blames chemists then blames Doctors have asked for a meeting with the senior practitioner so let's see !!!!!

The service needs a lot of improving. When you are supposed to have blood tests on a regular basis these are never complied with. Checking a patient after having an operation, the surgery never bother. Receptionists are not very sociable, dealing with enquiries etc. seems too much trouble.
