I have been with this gp surgery for years. I transferred when moved to chipstead valley road practice and it was absolutely awful to the point that I requested to come back to Coulsdon medical practice. Yes they are often running late but we all need to appreciate that some people have complex needs and that the gps dont want to run over and I’m sure they do their best to minimise this. Each time I have been up there I feel I have always been listened to and particularly the registrars I have seen have been amazing with one in particular diagnosing a very rare complex problem. The receptionists have accommodated my children when I have been concerned even if there are no normal appointments left. Open surgery in the morning is the best idea! So many people don’t have this kind of access to gps at such short notice Can’t recommend enough!
