The doctors are excellent and I can get an appointment with the doctor every time I call. They are also really good at explaining stuff, especially dr khalid.

I was able to get an appointment out of work hrs so I did not have to take time off work to be seen. There was a little wait but I was seen quickly by a Dr who listened to my problem and gave me a prescription that I was able to collect on my way out of the building. This was all on a Sunday morning. Whilst there I also found out about the online booking facility and GP call back which is extremely good when it costs you to take time off work.

The staffs are well mannered but the waiting times to meet with the doctor is an issue and the main issue is the lack of detailed explanation of my health issue during the appointment.
