Totally fed up trying to arrange a flu jab for me diabetic and my husband is over 65 the surgery text us and I was trying to make a appointment for my gp how can we do this when I can’t get in touch with surfery
I have been trying to reach the surgery to book a flu jab.we received a text message to attend the next appointment but we are on holiday so I wanted to book the next appointment,I also wanted to make a doctor’s appointment.All I get when calling is “we are busy with patients” how does that work when you can’t get an appointment we have tried to book it online but that doesn’t work either?
