Had a good discussion with the Gp about my concerns. He promptly implemented a plan with investigations and blood tests. I also met the HCA who was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience for me.

Reported issues with the staff multiple times and it took a long time to get it addressed. I don't feel like it was really resolved.
