The ease and speed of being able to communicate with my GP. I love how I can easily do this with the same GP almost all the time. It's great being listened to and having my views taken into account when deciding on treatment or levels of medication. The interactions feel they are between 2 equal beings on a human level. I have a great deal of respect for my GP's expertise and am thoroughly trusting of her. She has shown determination to get to the bottom of issues that worried me.
