I am sorry to report I find the new system to try to get an appointment ridiculous. I think this system could see some patients not seeing GP but rather speaking to them over the phone only. How does the GP gauge the information over the phone as many people may not “open up” over the phone for various reasons -eg not willing to discuss as other people able to hear the conversation, emotional and unable to explain. I do not recall being I asked if I was ok to speak when GP telephoned. I do hope you reconsider your booking system.
