Have to wait so long for phone too be answered listening to a recorded message for over 12 minutes , and then to be told first available appointed is 2 weeks time, unacceptable

The phone just rings and rings,and you have to call at specific times of the day to get an appointment. For example..To make an appointment for Thurs afternoon you have to call at some 1pm Tuesday afternoon. .which I cannot as I am at work!! So hard to make an appointment.

Excellent and efficient service from all Staff. Always ample time with doctor for full consultation. I feel fortunate to be a patient at this Practice.

At this time of year I would like to be able to book a flu jab online as the telephones seem to be constantly engaged.
