Awful surgery. Dr. Kayleigh is arrogant and the practice manager thinks it is acceptable for the staff to recite all your details to you after you just give your name. This is against the law and she disagrees. I have complained 4 times but they still do it. Have changed surgeries now.

I have been a patient for over 15 years and cannot fault the surgery. Sometimes difficult to get through by telephone but I don't find that unacceptable.

Doctors are ignorant and staff ask your name on the phone then give you the rest of your personal information. I have complained 3 times but it still happens. Practice nurse backs the doctors when you make a complaint about them. I have changed surgeries for the first time ever. Appalling service.

I have always had a good experience dealing with the Northumberland Heath Medical Centre. All the doctors I have seen take the time to listen and explain conditions and treatment. I have never had any issues with making appointments either on-line or direct in the surgery or by telephone. The on-line facility is great for ordering prescriptions etc. which saves time and I have always found all the reception staff to be most helpful, courteous and professional in their manner. This Centre comes very highly recommended, they do a brilliant job in, what I can only imagine, is very difficult circumstances.

All other stories you hear about not being able to get an appointment, yet my wife called for an appointment for me yesterday at 14:00 and I was seen at 16:30 same day. I have never had an issue of getting an appointment. Excellent service and a credit to the NHS. Please keep it up
