I had an appointment today for a smear test. I have had a few at your surgery over the years and have always had good experiences. Today however, the nurse seemed very unprofessional. When I was buzzed in, she apologised for running late. But then spent a long time trying to find the correct form on her computer, then writing up the specimen bottle etc. Then she started looking for the equipment and realised she didn't have some so left me sitting there again whilst she went off to find what she needed. She never gave me. Any privacy whilst getting dressed after, remaining in the small cubicle with me whilst I struggled to get dressed and find my shoes. She was polite enough but perhaps being a bit more organised and having everything ready before the patient arrives will benefit a nervous patient.

I am very happy with the service ,all staff are very helpful.i like the new service of filling what up with u and doc rings back very good ,as I felt unwell last week with a chest infection used the service and the next day there was a prescription left out for me . can't thank u all enough as I know I would of been knocked me off me feet even now week later still bad but not as bad as it could have been .still manage to go to work ,then rest when thank u Kim

I have been with this medical centre for over 10 years and I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem. My named GP is Dr Ghosh he listens too me explains everything too me in a way I can understand, I have also seen other doctors at the surgery and once again I’ve never had a problem. The reception staff are very good and yes sometimes they do get a little stressed but that’s understandable, having to deal with the public can make you that way.
