When i rang and said to the receptionist that my mental health wasn't good, could i be seen today, she was brilliant. Very quick to line me up with a telephone consultantion that morning whilst was waiting for an afternoon appointment. Her response and that of the GP was wonderful. Quick response and handled with sensitvity.
