Please could you consider using another voice on your phone service? It is SO annoying and unnatural. When you're feeling unwell and have to listen to such a long message it's awful. I prefer to come and sit in the surgery than wait on the phone. It's great to have the drop in surgery each morning. It's not always easy to get an appointment with a specific doctor very quickly.

Saw Keith, clinical pharmacist in the drop in. He has a really great manner, is very thorough and most pleasant.

The doctors and nurse practitioners at this surgery works extremely hard to provide care for their patients. I've been registered here since I was a child and have seen many good doctors. However, I have recently seen they are becoming swamped with work, most are calm and collected but you do have one or two locums nurse practitioners especially appear stress and less patience. Reception team can vary - those who are extremely experience at very helpful and maintain a sense of integrity. Then on the other hand, the young ladies in the mornings are extremely unhelpful - they are abrupt to patients, pulling faces and huffing and puffing when questions are asked. This truly shows their lack of experience and inadequacy at performing at their roles or patient care. The practice needs to improve their communication skill sets and understand the needs of the patient / dealing with situations. For this alone, I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone as the extremely inexperience and uncaring frontline staff at reception truly lets the whole experience down.
