I feel it disgusting that so many appointments were missed ! It’s so hard to get an appointment it’s not fair that those of us in need of an appointment couldn’t get one those who were the chosen few who got an appointment did not have the good grace to turn up . This appointment system needs to be reviewed restructured to be more efficient. Have been with the surgery for 30 plus years it’s never been so bad Covid is no longer an excuse . Many of us are in need of a doctors appointment but just can’t get one !!!!!

Absolutely terrible service, some of the Dr's are okay but most don't listen and just think they know best even when you show them government guidance stating the opposite of what they are advising. No empathy or consideration given to dissabilities and no willingness to make reasonable adjustments for someone with a dissability to be able to attend an appointment tailored to their needs. Been with this surgery for over 20 years and it's going further and further down hill. The deputy manager and reception manager are incredibly rude even when you asking for their help.

Suggested improvements
Listened to me, looked into what I was saying rather than just dissmissing it and thinking you knew best, been polite and respectful, admin staff need training in speaking to people with kindness rather than authority.

Long waits on the phone. Have been hung up on multiple times as long waits to get through. Very difficult to get an appointment. Treatment delays due to not acting on consultants instructions. Shame because all of the GPs are really nice.

Suggested improvements
Better system answering phones, appropriate review of patient and consultants letters/emails.

Admin staff are often rude and speak to patients as if they are naughty children. Some of the doctors are okay but there is a real authoritarian approach with no listening to patients or respecting patients right to make their own decisions. Patient confidentiality is broken without a minutes thought if a staff member wants to chat about your business with their friends or colleagues at other organisations. I just wish staff knew the terrible impact they have on people’s lives by behaving so unprofessionally and will such resentment.

Suggested improvements
Been polite, shown empathy, listened, shown kindness, followed guidelines and policy
