First contact with the surgery recently. I've had some bad experiences but Dr Macrorie put me at ease right away. She listened closely and her examination was thorough and very reassuring. I felt much better just for seeing her.

Dr Sylvi is extremely helpful and listens. Booking an appointment can feel like a mission impossible. The seating area in the surgery is confusing. There is one way in and out of the surgery, so Cross over of patients is frequent.

Better planning of how to handle patients in the surgery. An easier and reliable means to book appointments. Reception needs to keep promises when they're made.
