The first receptionist lied when I asked to speak to a supervisor , saying no one was in the surgery , and put the phone down, I called back and spoke to another receptionist, who did get supervisor! but not helpful , when I did speak to her.

Try to be patient friendly!

Waited over 2 weeks for an appointment. GP was very rushed and i felt i was wating his time.
He didn't have the time to listen to my problem in full and mentioned he had another appointment during my appointment. Seems like you are lucky to get 5 minutes with the GP, surely not enough time to offer quality care and appropiate treatment. Would not recommend.

The receptionists and nurses are good. The doctors not. And anyway you can buy most things now over the internet
