MORE TRAINING MORE EMPATHY.MORE STRINGENCY WITH RECRUITMENT MORE INPUT OF MANAGEMENT BETER SYSTEM FOR COMPLAINTS AS I CANT FIND PRACTICE MANAGERS NAME. AS FAR AS CONSIDERATIO OF MENTAL HEALTH (THEY HAVE NONE) IN FACT IN THE CONVERSATION THIS WAS BROUGHT UP FOR NO REASON IN A DEROGATORY WAY. DESPERATE SERVICE

Went for my 3 monthly B12 injection. Today Peter Hague was the nurse that administered the necessary jab , ( I've got a phobia of needles ). Pete was chatting away, putting me at ease , when he announced "All done" Couldn't believe he'd done the job so easily. The man has a great bedside manner as well as great skill . GOOD JOB or jab

I've had a caring, friendly, professional care from my practice. They always seem to go out if there way to be respectful. They have a excellent team of gps, nurses, pharmacist and nice reception staff. They should be proud of the service they provide in these busy challenging times for the NHS. I've noticed changes over the last year that as made the practice better than it already was.

saw Dr Williams today superb consultation showed very professional with human empathy I could not have got better if I'd paid. I didn't feel rushed even though she was running late she is a asset to the NHS of which I'm proud of. surgery was clean modern purpose built with disabled toilets reception staff very helpful. I've always got appointment when needed same day if urgent but a GPS will always ring back on the same day if requested.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment then when I arrived for it, I was still sat in the waiting area 60 minutes after my appointment time.
