Receptionist are so unhelpful, some very rude, they don’t even try to listen ,
Practice manager don’t deal with complaints in a proper manner and try to sweep it under the carpet.
Some of the doctors are so in rush to get you out of the room.

Focus on how to deal with patients,
Be more understanding
