Reception staff are amazing, such helpful ladies, they need alot more credit for the job they do! Also the doctors could not reccomend them or this surgery enough. I travel on foot a good 30/40 mins just to be at this surgery and I'll stay here for as long as I can.

Because it is so difficult to get an appointment with a GP in this Practice, I tend to leave it to see if the illness can be cured by paracetamol and over the counter meds. I tried to make an appointment on 12 December, the earliest they could offer me was 24 December, the day after I'd gone on holiday. This meant that I could not see a single GP at this practice before 30 December, and that's if they had an appointment on that day. I was told by the receptionist to ring back the next morning at 8.00 to get a same day appointment, but that is useless: the line is permanently engaged and when you finally get through all the appointments have gone. Even on the occasions when there is the odd appointment left, the receptionists are rude and make you feel that it your fault that you are ill and that the reason you need to see the GP is not important enough for a same day appointment (if I've got to this point I've usually had the health issue 2-3 weeks).
