I have used the e-consult system on 2 occasions this week. I have found it to be a great improvement. On both occasions I was contacted by the superb Dr Ladd within a couple of hours. I was able to have my prescriptions with 3 hours or so of completing the on line form. I am very grateful for such efficient, professional and rapid response to my ailment.
