This medical practise is a total waste of my tax payers money - the receptionists are obtuse & very unprofessional & have been heard to be discussing patients welfare whilst people are sitting in the waiting room. You cannot get an appointment without first having to discuss your problem with a non medical receptionist first - it is then up to the receptionist to decide if you are "eligible" to se a Dr or not ???? The online service for booking an appointment has never shown me any appointments being available even in the 6 week window that is available to chose from - how can this be so ? when you cannot book appointments in advance by telephoning the surgery direct & when you do there are only appointments for " emergencies " ?? A total disregard for patient care & well being with only 2 of the Dr's working at the practise showing any care & compassion - if you can ever get in to see them !! If you can avoid this place & book with another surgery.
