Since Doctor Ola has left the surgery I feel like it’s not the same surgery anymore. I feel like I’m floating between several clinicians now and nobody really knows my complex health issues anymore.
It was difficult enough getting an appointment before covid but now it’s like having health care from a distance. It’s really disappointing and am thinking of finding a Doctor who can take proper care of me. Feeling very sad.
Myself and my daughter have been supported by everyone at the practice.
We recently had to deal with a situation that required professional support which was forthcoming. The Practice Manager has been extremely helpful along with the clinician and the kindness of our lovely doctor.
I am a 76 year old man and a patient of Dr Edison, she is a lovely, very professional, caring, highly competent doctor whose knowledge, skill and tenacity in monitoring my health resulted in a diagnosis of prostate cancer during 2018. I am now battling the after affects of radiotherapy and in receiving so much help from this amazing lady I feel I have a realistic chance surviving many years.
Dr Edison has almost certainly extended my life. I am unable to thank her enough.

My GP is Dr Eddison, she is fantastic always takes her time to listen. You never feel rushed with her, and if I leave a message she always calls back. The surgery is a little dated but I'd rather a dated surgery and good GP then the other way round.
The surgery needs a total overhaul, it is old and tired looking. The appointment system needs a total overhaul as well, it is so slow to get in contact with anyone and the staff seem like they have problems as I get cut off sometimes. There needs to be more staff to take calls. I can be on the phone waiting for an answer for a good 20 minutes! It's not acceptable.
