These people have tried to make out basically since I told them I'd had familial hypercholesterolemia, as having munchausen's and have failed to provide proper clinical history to the local hospital when imaging was performed. Meaning a 50p coin that has migrated into my gastric mucosa have been ignored. As the history failed to highlight the length of time before imaging was performed. This delay has resulted in the following 2HCl+CuNi=2H+Cu+NiCl². The NiCl² has more valance electrons than Cu and this causes issues with diagnostic imaging. As the NiCl² has a higher diffraction rate then the Cu. Furthermore 20% of the NiCl² is absorbed into the tissue doping it. And it also causes autoimmune responses to the Ni
This surgery is a disgrace you call only to be told after an hour waiting on the phone there are no spaces left
Regardless of the Corona virus the surgery has continued to provide great care. Dedicated doctors, nurses and all other staff. Courage and determination reflect the very highest example of their profession.
I reported a problem with my hearing to the Out of Hours service. Was given antibiotics. After being given three lots of antibiotics and no appointment, I was referred to another surgery which is closed due to the pandemic. Why not the local hospital? It's now been 50 days and my hearing problem still hasn't been examined. I wrote a letter of complaint to the practice manager. It's been 2 weeks and not even got an acknowlegdement.
I’ve had excellent treatment here and my my GP has been an incredible support. I’m ex-forces so I didn’t know a lot about civilian practices. I asked what to do, followed instructions, was seen very quickly and received the treatment I needed.
All NHS practices are under a lot of pressure and the shortage of GP in Kent is an issue. I’m thankful though, for everything this place does for the community. We should look after it.
I gave five stars for ease of getting an appointment because, I was advised to call the number as soon as the surgery opens, I waited in line to be heard and I was seen. In an ideal world we wouldn't need a queuing system.
I'm thankful for the understanding I experienced from all staff I interacted with.
