I've recently moved to the practice and so far haven't needed an appointment. However after moving from Bradleys practice it is a breath of fresh air. Reception staff always greet me with a smile and a chat when I have silly questions they are easy to contact on the phone and have called me back with info. A far call from stern staff with no time to help hassled patients. I actually enjoy this interaction about prescriptions etc when needed.

This place is a shambles. No one answers the phone and if you can finally get through it’s just cuts you off saying they are busy. Sadly this place has gone down hill very fast it used to be a good place about 4 years ago but now is a disgrace to the health service. Shame on you to treat people this way

If you want great care go somewhere else. The chances of someone answering the phone is miniscule. The chances of seeing your GP is non existent. I have absolutely no respect whatsoever for the management of this practice. Best advice go somewhere else.

Terrible service, AVIOD

You could answer the phone for a start. And when you eventually get to speak t a person you could actually listen to the request and GET IT RIGHT. You are putting peoples lives in danger through your appalling service levels.
