since Dr Roa has retired the surgery has gone down hill. the receptionist are rude and unhelpful. You never can see to same doctor twice. therefore you have to explain yours over and over. im on a repeat prescription and because of what it is i can only order i month at a time. But on matter how i order it via phone or over the desk, they never prescribe it. i always get down the last two tablets. this month i was told i have order them to early, as they were not due until 25th today being 21th (two Tablets left). and the order being requested on 19th. if i only have a weeks tablets left how can i be ordering it to early?? iam so glad i have now moved surgery and never have to deal with this receptionist again.

I have been coming here for years and it is above all the most terrible doctors in mk they do so much wrong it's unbelievable I also posted my real opinion of this place recently which they have deleted from this site But one particular receptionist is the main problem here incompetent and rude are 2 of the many words to describe her. Overall if you get sick stay home you might last longer.

I have used this surgery for many years and think it is fantastic - both Dr Rao and Dr Prasad are caring, empathic and professional doctors. Unfortunately this week the attitude of the receptionist (on Wednesday 25 March) was not what I am used to from this surgery. She sounded irritated and dismissive on the phone and was not really interested in helping me with my query. When I got to the surgery, there was no eye contact, I was kept waiting for ages (which I don't mind) but it is nice to get some acknowledgement that she is aware you are waiting, and, even worse, I heard her being very rude to other patients, particularly one whose English was not good. She let the surgery down on this occasion.

I have only positive comments to make about the surgery in my 13year experience of being registered here. The only area I hope can be improved upon is making it easier to make appointments and being able to make appointments in advance.
