I have numerous medical conditions. The previous GP we were with for 10 years were very poor. My son found MWH Practice through Google and checked on the NHS website for reviews. At first we were nervous moving to another GP as we were unsure whether they would be any better. Since joining, I must say it was the best decision we ever made. An x-ray referral which the previous GP ignored to do, was done by MWH Practice GP within 2 days. The GPs go out of their way to help me due to me being clinically vunerable. I have had many blood tests and scans thanks to the GPs as they wanted to do a complete health check on me to ensure they are not missing anything. They also call I'm their free time to check how I am doing. The reception staff are very respectful and always help as much as they can. It was the best decision joining this surgery, and I ensured all my family and friends joined.

Excellent GPs at this surgery. The best care possible. The reception staff are extremely helpful. Online prescription services work a treat. GPs are extremely caring and will respond to emails queries without the need of booking an appointment. GPs will go out of their way in their free time to call you. Best GP service I ever experienced.
