I agree, the service overall has gone downhill no one, doctors included seem interested in what you have to say about whats wrong with you, it's next to impossible to get an appointment, they tell you have to ring in in the morning because you can't book an appointment in advance, This means you have to take the day off work in the off chance you can get through and get an appointment, you ring in, the phone rings with no answer, if your lucky you get the recording press 1 for .... etc. then it rings again then hangs up, so you have to start allover again. Once i let the phone ring, after 20 minutes got fed up and left the phone ringing to go shopping, returned 1 hour 25 mins later and the phone was still ringing. All the same if it was an emergency. Now I know its free and suppose you get what you pay for, but does everyone not deserve to be treated as equel, with some sort of respect as a patient and not because of who you are or who you know.

Suggested improvements
Doctors listen to your patients, they are the ones in pain. Bring back the old system for ordering repeat prescriptions online, it was alot easier it saved your loggin details and was only a matter of pressing a button. This would save the number of incoming calls to the surgery. Sort out the appointment system so people who need an appointment can get one when they need one and not when you have time to fit them in that suits you and not the patient.
