My GP is Rona Davies and she is always pleasent, profesional and caring. I feel exremely happy to have her as my doctor and I don,t have any problems to talk to her about any of my health quieries.

The receptionists at my previous surgery were terrifying but the receptionists at Montpelier Surgery are friendly, helpful and discreet. I also like that they have the door and windows open on a nice day to let in fresh air, so you don't feel like you're sitting in a stew of other peoples' germs.

I have been a patient of Montpelier Surgery for 25 years. During which time I have always received excellent care in a professional and friendly manner. Over that time I have seen a variety of Doctors, all of which have been first class. My current doctor is Doctor Gayton, who is efficient, friendly and very importantly, listens to you! The receptionists are friendly, help you log in to the touch screen system( if you need help) and the surgery is clean and tidy. I use the online appointment system which works well but I find as an Apple, person a bit unintuitive. Can't think of any thing at the surgery that could be improved.

I have been a patient at Montpelier surgery since the seventies when I was a small child. I have been lucky enough not to need regular appointments until recently. Although I have heard horror stories from friends and family about other surgeries I have to say the service at Montpellier is faultless, little or no waiting times friendly staff and a very efficiently run surgery.

I've been going to Montpelier for over 10 years now since I arrived from Brazil, I can't complain at all I heard so many people complaining about they gps and I so thankful about mine. It's difficult to get the appointment in the monrning but if I keep trying u can always get one, I'm a little fussy as have my favourite doctor, not sure if I can say her name but I do believe she deserved, Dr J Cramp is very caring and always hear what I have to say, it's not easy to talk about your problems and open up, but with her I find that I have someone that cares and want to make sure I'm ok and have what I need in the sort time we have, I heard the NHS thing about making changing and I just think that is one practice that don't need changes maybe more comfortable chairs lol . Anyway just want to say a big thanks for the reception the doctors and to my doctor Ms Cramp for making the doctor a cofnrotwvke place to be .
