I have been a patient at Montpelier Surgery for many years . I have always found the doctors and nurses to be professional and caring.My GP is Rona Davies - she is always pleasant and easy to talk to. She takes time to listen and responds professionally and considerately. I feel very fortunate to have her as my GP and to have the support of whole Montpelier team.

Although Dy Gayton is the very best example of a GP. Some of the staff on the reception desk can be very abrasive and short. It is a shame as it does not always reflect how good the Dr's are. I understand working with the public can be very hard but sometimes I feel that there is a defensiveness there from the outset and a reluctance to listen to the patient. A bit more of a bed side manner and intelligent listening would go a long way here.
