All Doctors are great; knowledgeable, kind, helpful and empathetic, apart from one, Dr M who lacks appropriate bedside manner. She may well have excellent medical skills (i am assuming here as she lost my confidence quite quickly) but needs to focus on her personal skills, like offering a tissue to someone crying (like everyone else has done in the past) rather than ignore you crying and making you feel like a nuisance. The receptionists are always friendly and do their best to get you appointments, without the medical interrogation i hear others are out through. The practice nurses are professional but friendly.

Always treated with care and respect. Going for, example a smear test, is not nice but I am put at ease and always come out smiling. The nurses and healthcare workers are all wonderful
