Where can I find the econsult form? Please click on 'start online consultation', on the previous page, to fill out an econsult form. Please use this option as your first point of contact with ... So I clicked on that and could not go to the 'previous page' Why is it not on the Mintaw Group Practice website?????

Whilst I appreciate there have been issues at the practice for some time, it is no excuse for receptionists being down right rude, and taking it upon themselves to make a judgement on how urgently a patient requires an appointment. Dr Sim and Dr McFarlane both very good GPs.

There training of receptionists really does need to be reviewed, as does the people skills of some of them. They should not make patients feel guilty about calling the practice. Also if they were a little more courteous, callers might be more understanding to the pressures they are under.

You just can't get an appointment in any reasonable timescale, either by econsult ( which if actually actioned ) or by telephone whenever it's answered.

It's so difficult to actually get any appointment, be unbelievable if you actually get to see a doctor, usually just the nurse practitioner who is limited in what they can do. The surgery has been going downhill fast in the last 3 years. Even replies to eConsult would be good, if patients take the time to fill out the form it's just curtious to reply and in a timely manner.
