ALL DOCTORS, NURSES AND RECEPTIONISTS ARE FIRST CLASS,GIVE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR PROBLEMS,SURGERY ALWAYS LOOKS CLEAN AND RECEPTION STAFF ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL. IF YOU RING RECEPTION WILL ASK WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS AND REFER YOU TO EITHER THE DUTY DOCTOR OR THE TRIAGE NURSE AND THEY WOULD RING YOU BACK AS SOON AS THEY COULD AND TELL YOU TO COME TO THE SURGERY OR GIVE YOU RELEVANT ADVISE.NO PROBLEM TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTOR OR NURSE.THIS PRACTISE IS FIRST CLASS AND RUN EXTREMELY WELL BY EFFICIENT MANAGER .

Forget trying to get an appointment while you are ill. You need to predict illness in advance with this practice. The Doctors got far too used to hiding away in the pandemic while everyone else seemed to get on with it. Reception are the usual unhelpful individuals that seem to go out of their way to make you feel they are actually doing you a favour by offering such a poor service. No compassion on offer here.

Actually see a Doctor while in pain.

Be polite! Have understanding that you are a GP surgery and have to deal with people who are very unwell. That's your job!!!

Friendly enough until you have a problem that is not easily sorted or is a little complicated. No idea how to treat people with mental health issues and how they may present themselves. I honestly cant be bothered to go there as its essentially a waste of my time as they wont listen or just recommend treatments that I have already undertaken and not worked!

My family have been patients for >20yrs. This is an excellent well organised surgery, offering compassionate patient and family centred care with good access to GPs and other health care professionals. Best surgery in the area and deserving of its outstanding CQC rating.
