Dr Moore has been my doctor for 15+ years and is easily the best doctor I have had in my 49 years! Although his surgery is understandably busy so it's not always easy to see him quickly, he never rushes me and takes time to listen and understand my concerns. He has the best manner I've ever come across in a doctor. My wife and I are seeking advice re IVF from him and he just took a phone call from us and was happy to speak to both of us about our concerns, and quickly arranged for my wife to see him on Weds. I cannot speak highly enough of him! Very pleased he is our doctor!

The surgery is okay. Dr Sekharan and Dr Lawrence are brilliant. They listen to patients and show empathy.

Changed Dr due to poor care and missed diagnosis. Involved CCG and CQC as practice was not hearing my concerns. Only when these organisations became involed did anything happen. Changed from Dr Zacharan to Dr Egan. Due to health issues had to move to be near family for help and changed practice. A specialist referral to an orthopedic consultant that should have been sent by Dr Egan didn't happen, delaying treatment for debilitating condition. I now have to start again with new Dr. My experience has also been around poor communication between the practice and myself, and internal communication within the practice has also been poor on on occasions

Good that they have online service where you can book appointments. Not so good that you usually have to wait 2 weeks for the nearest appointment (online). If you phone for an appointment you can get one a bit quicker if you insist on seeing any GP, and not waiting for your registered one. I would like the ability to choose GP's on the online booking system.
