I live opposite a doctors surgery though I drive fifteen minutes to go to the Midway Surgery as they are the best doctors I have ever had. If needed I can get to speak to a doctor on the same day and the care and attention they give is first class. I especially want to highlight Dr Sam Lad as being the most kind, compassionate and thorough doctor I have ever had and I believe to be one of the best doctors our there. I am very lucky to have a good doctor and his colleagues who I have seen on other occasions are all just as amazing. Well done Midway Surgery x Paula Bailey

I cannot fault any aspect of Midway Surgery. The receptionist issue mentioned in other reviews has been addressed. The response of the surgery to the recent urgent changes in health care has been exemplary. I have metastatic cancer with all the concomitant side effects of drugs. Plus, I am nearly 70 with the complications that that entails with body parts needing a bit of help..I can only comment through that intense use of Midway Surgery staff. The awareness of the doctors of the clinical pharmacology of combined treatments is outstanding. Keeping up with research as well as coronavirus developments takes so much time yet I can talk to any doctor - and receptionist - and they are aware of the management of my progress. The new system of appointment making works for me. Patience and empathy are always in evidence and, even when times get busy, I have confidence that an acute situation will be dealt with. I would like to acknowledge the hard work that the surgery is putting in during current times. I cannot recommend it enough.

I’ve been a patient of this surgery for 14 years , in that time , I have never been refused an appointment on the day ever. On most occasions , I have also managed to see my Doctor of choice too. The surgery is spotlessly clean , efficient , and even features pleasant receptionists ! Sadly , we are moving out of the area , so this will no longer be my surgery . But I am SO grateful for the truly magnificent service we have had from Midway .

For urgent need I find the Surgery do everything to get you seen and both myself and four adult children with great need are patients here. The medical staff are excellent and thorough at all times. I highly recommend this practice.
