On the good side gps are really nice and efficient and very thorough. I would recommend them for most people and they seem amazing with a lot of conditions and i do think they care.

I would not recommended if you suffer with me/cfs as they don't seem up to date with info or new nice guidelines or info. They went against the me/cfs specialists advice by encouraging to 'push though' (which is what left me bedridden to begin with and in immense pain to begin with). They still refer to me/cfs as 'mental health'. I am worried for others new to ME/CFS incase this incorrect old fashioned advice makes them worse. I thought times have changed and assumed gps where more up to date so was shocked when i joined this surgery and heard their advice on me/cfs and them calling it mental health. I also felt judged for not being able to work, i don't think they understand the way crashes work, how debilitating and painful they are and unable to move and this is brought on by pushing through. Also, I was left without crohns medication for months because of their lack of understanding of the illness and me not being able to physically get to mayday and walk to phlebotomy etc. It left me feeling unsafe. But like i said if you have other conditions i think they are really good. My crohns doctor messaged them saying by pushing though the crohns will also get worse, the me/cfs clinic said the same but they have not experienced it themselves clearly and dont understand it. I did email them updating them on the difference on me.cfs and depression fatigue and the dangerous wrong advice has but they never responded. They have done a lot right as well regarding other illness i have and for that i am so grateful but just wanted to warn others with me/cfs so they can find a most understanding doctor which will help them not harm them.

Dr , Nana is brilliant and attentive towards his patients , he increased my thyroid mg tablet and glicazide daily intake , I always like to see Dr , Nana at this surgery .

Dr Nana Oppong is a brilliant doctor , he is polite , helpful and is excellent at fulfilling the requirement of patients . He increased my thyroid mg ,and increased my diabetes tablets intake . It was very much required . He also requests my finished medicine quickly . This surgery is very lucky to have such doctor .

Both of the doctors in this surgery are excellent and helpful , kind and attentive to the patients needs and requirements . Dr Nana oppong , and Dr Sobanah Anandrajah , have both been very good to me , they always correspond quickly with my medicine requests and advice me on what is suitable depending on the problem. I am diabetic ( since 2 years ) and have thyroid . I really appreciate them .

Dr , Nana oppong is a brilliant doctor , kind , helpful , he always signs my medicine request form quickly , and increased my thyroid tablet mg and increased my glicazide tablets , as it was very much required and correct decision . We are extremely lucky to have such doctor at Mersham medical centre .
