Worst Dr surgery ever. Some of the reception staff are nice but Catherine is always really rude. Most of the Drs are unhelpful, who have no empathy whatsoever. My child had a bad eye infection and was told by Dr Collins to put shampoo in her eyes and refused to give her drops. Thankfully the pharmacy was much more knowledgeable. He also abruptly stopped my medication when I joined the practice and I felt so unwell. Any Dr that has been good has been a locum but all other permanent Drs are awful. They keep saying GP’s are under so much pressure but I actually wonder what they do. My experience is that the hospital and pharmacies are much more helpful, yet are under a lot more pressure. Stay clear!
The GP surgeries are under a lot of pressure at the moment, so at times it can be a very busy phone line, but when you get through the staff are very helpful and diligent, the doctors have been very efficient and caring, some of the doctors are upstairs so if you have mobility issues mention this when you make the appointment and they make provisions for you, excellent surgery.
Worst doctors practice
Rude horrible staff
So unhelpful
Lack in empathy
Worst doctors ever
The surgery needs to be decorated, but appears to be clean enough where it matters. Most of the doctors are lovely and my care has always been excellent. The receptionists are always very busy , but professional. Sometimes I can’t get through by telephone to make an appointment or results and have to go in person to the surgery.
I have been attending this surgery for over 7 years.Very helpful doctors, easy to talk to. Never a problem to get an appointment. Highly recommended
