So frustrating to not be able to cancel an appointment due to self isolation. This is the 5th day I have been trying and cannot get through, my appointment was yesterday. Very upsetting, as I never miss appointments and it took weeks to book it. (Because the phone line are busy) Doesn’t matter what time of day it is, I just cannot get through.

Suggested improvements
Please hire more reception/phone line admins.
