It is impossible to book an appointment at the suggested times. On the website it clearly states that appointments are available to book between 8:30 am and 6pm but in fact you can only book at 8:30 and 2:30 and the lines are very busy. I continuously tried several days and I have been unable to book. I tried explaining to the receptionist but she was patronising and rude. I must say the doctors and nurses generally try their best but the receptionists are very unprofessional and helpless... very disappointing

I am a patient of this clinic from 2016. The doctors are caring and competent and the practice is clean and looked after. I have a problem with the receptionists who have no skills for the position. They are impatient and quite rude, talking with the patients with a sort of superiority that is completely inappropriate for their job.

I an on 7medications for AF etc and require riveroxiban to prevent blood clots and stroke. I have had a repeat prescription for many years where I received 56 tablets of each which lasted nearly 2 months. I used the company Pharmacy2U who ordered and delivered my medication to my door. I received a message from Pharmacy2U stating that the surgery now wished me to order directly with the surgery. Now I only receive 28 tablets at a time and have to constantly re order which is unnecessary. Today I received an email from Pharmacy2U stating I should re order today from my doctor as it would take 10 days for them to get the medication to me due to Coronavirus delays, I phoned the number for repeat prescriptions and spoke to a very arrogant lady called Anna, she told me I couldn’t re order until I had only 5 days left. I said that would mean me going without medication for 5 days she laughed and said nothing I can do. I offered to forward her the email stating it would take 10 days, she laughed and said errrrrr NO! and refused to help. I will now have to go without vital blood thinning medication for 5 days because the surgery just feel like messing me around with My meds. It’s difficult enough being in meds for life without the surgery making it more difficult for you.

I have fibromyalgia and the ONLY form of painkiller I can take is paracetamol. I am extremely allergic to all opiods and NSaids. I need paracetamol. There is none on the shelves. I was told I can't have it prescribed today. Thanks for the patient care. I will be contacting our MP

Totally rude arrogant receptionist, I was told to get out the door yesterday after a visit to ask for a prescription repeat - (unable to get through via the phone). This is not the first time this type of rude behaviour has been experienced at this practice these people need to be brought to book, if I acted like this in my profession I would be sacked and rightly so ! Shake this place up please stop wasting tax payers money on rude unprofessional admin staff !
