I have found that this surgery provides me with an excellent level of health care even during these very difficult times.

Liason between Specialist care and the practice could be better but this may well be more the specialists problem than the practice.

I have been attending Dr Rhys' cryo clinic for a number of sessions recently to get rid of some unsightly warts on my face. I'm thrilled with the results and the care I receive is second to none. This treatment is important in improving a person's confidence and self worth. so thank you very much for making it available. I would also like to thank everyone at the practice for their kindness and understanding towards carers.

The fact I can walk in when I'm ill and see a doctor is fantastic and not went for weeks to be seen

This surgery and the accessibility to care is excellent. Walk in service is so good I don't know why all surgeries don't offer the same - if you feel unwell today, you know you can see a doctor. However it also means that you know you can see a doctor tomorrow too so if you think you may want to leave it another day to see if you improve, you can, with confidence. Must save appts for those who are in need- brilliant way of offering services. Equally, online appt process is great. If you know you need a routine appt, it's easy. From my bed, at 1030 in the evening, on my smart phone, I booked my doctors appt! So easy. Oh and the doctors and nurses are great too!!!
