All my appointments were made for me by Nurse Christine White every time I saw her. I am thankful for this as initially it proved very difficult to get an appointment via telephone. I would also like to add the emergency care I received from Nurse Christine White was 5* also the aftercare from my emergency surgery was outstanding. Very thankful

It would be great to be able to book appointments online or via telephone not necessary for the same day.

I have phone every day for 30 days for an appointment every time I ring same answer ring back in the morning, So I went to surgery had to talk to an intercoms about what was wrong with me with 5 men at the back of me listening disgusting. Now surgery is open still waiting for a doctor's appointment, am I just unlucky just phoned again same thing ring in the morning

New to this area, so merchiston surgery is in a convenient location, however been twice in 7 months and dreadfully disappointed with the GP’s on both occasions. I will be looking for a different surgery.

Excellent care by Dr Ian Turner in my daughter's care, I can't thank him enough and feel at last she has a excellent Doctor who will help her get better however long it takes. He listens to her and treats her like the woman she is and not a child. Also he helps me as her Mum and to the other people who are involved in getting Gem well again and chaired a excellent meeting with them all, making sure my daughter felt in control about her pain and listen to her ideas. Thank you

Merchiston surgery provided 5 star care for my teenage son yesterday and I cannot thank you enough Dr Daley-morris treated my son and his attention to detail was outstanding also the support received from the out standing Dr Turner for his supporting roll and the reception team for getting him a swift same day appointing and still supporting us today cannot thank you all enough.
