Took a long time for the Telephone to be answered, however these are trying times,
The receptionist was very helpful , the service I received was excellent,
Very pleased with the attentive health care myself and my wife receive from all concerned at this practice,

Reception staff are very unhelpful and highly rude. The waiting area is dull and dainted. I have no idea on why they have a booking system as your never seen on time and could wait between 10mins to 2hrs for you appointment slot once signed in.
