I was offered an appointment the day of my phone call. Receptionist very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome on arrival at the centre. My wait to see Dr Awad was only a few minutes (less then five). Doctor made me feel at ease listened patiently to my tale , then proceeded with a thorough examination advised treatment referred me to North Tees Hospital for further tests. During this time I felt no urgency from doctor to get me away and see the next patient. Things were explained to me in a way I could understand. I left with a feeling well being after initially being worried. He is very good with patients as are his staff

This is a fantastic surgery.dr awad and dr goddard always make you feel comfortable ,and always give you the best help and support.you can always phone and get an appointment within a couple of days,or if its an emergency they will do there best to see you on that day.the receptionist s are always very helpful and pleasent .this is ann oustanding surgery

Phoned first thing in the morning and was seeing a doctor by 10am. Pretty prompt appointment time. Lots of good advice given and my chest sounded as I am an Asthmatic. Viral infections are not given antibiotics but did suggest some things to take and do and sent for a prescription which I could pick up from my chemist of choice straight away. A very efficient service was provided.
