I had to wait over one hour for the telephone recptionist to answer my phone-call. This is not a covid problem because, in 2019, someone else also complained of a 1 hour wait. The practice seems to be DELIBERATELY errecting a barrier to patient-contact, and it keeps doing this, year-in, year-out. If one does an online search for "Meanwood Group Practice review", one gets 40 hits. This large number of hits means that the practice is, in effect, DELIBERATELY HIDING REVIEWS FROM PUBLIC SCRUTINY. Please complain to Leeds CCG if you find the service to be unacceptably poor in any way.

I did not go to surgery, so I didn't know if it was clean or not.
