11/04/2018 - Appointment for minor surgery to my toe performed by Dr Rao and Nurse Jayne. Fantastic that GP DR Rao is able to perform minor surgery and did not have to wait long for an appintment. Dr explained everything in detail so I felt in safe hands. Nurse Jayne made sure I was ok thoughout the procedure and that I understood the after care.
The room was immaculately clean and all staff were very professional.
Very glad the procedure has been done. Overall an excellent experience.
