Just seen a fairly new doctor to the surgery Dr Samia .what a breath of fresh air, so nice and caring looked in to every thing I was concerned about putting me at ease explaining the situation going forward. Long may she remain there.

You have 0 chance of an appointment I’ve rung for days and even gone in the surgery Just hope you don’t get anything serious Your wait for a referral means you will probably die waiting to see a gp in the first instance

I have been a patient at Maylands for many years. The doctors have always been very helpful and kind on the many occasions I have needed help. The receptionists have a very difficult job trying to juggle appointments and do their very best with so many patients. The practice do a wonderful job and I have nothing but praise for them. Well done Maylands,

11/04/2018 - Appointment for minor surgery to my toe performed by Dr Rao and Nurse Jayne. Fantastic that GP DR Rao is able to perform minor surgery and did not have to wait long for an appintment. Dr explained everything in detail so I felt in safe hands. Nurse Jayne made sure I was ok thoughout the procedure and that I understood the after care. The room was immaculately clean and all staff were very professional. Very glad the procedure has been done. Overall an excellent experience.

I was awake all night with difficulty passing urine and pain when doing so. I rang surgery at 8am and was given an appointment at 8.40. I was seen promptly and diagnosed with a urine infection and given a prescription which I collected from the onsite pharmacy. I was on my way to work with my antibiotics in my hand by 9am. Fabulous treatment, caring staff, receptionist and doctor and worked with speed and efficiency.
