I was at the clinic today to get a prescription and I was refused without an appointment. I asked for an appointment and was refused if I don't do an online appointment only? I was there already. They have all my details but No, it was no sympathy or understanding from reception. I do not bealive that if you are in a surgery to have the right to refuse to make an appointment at least you go online. What if is is an elderly person without internet? What if I need the appointment today? I tried to explain reception is only a simple prescription to be made, as the hospital give me one 9 days ago and told me after the course if still pain and infection to repet the treatment with a GP prescription. I hade done some tests a few months ago and still no answer from my result. Also refuse to send to one specific chemist what is next to them at 2 minutes walk, and to my place 1 minute walk, and I was forced to walk in to town, 2 miles just because policies

Just make an appointment or ask the doctor if can wright a prescription
