Shocking service!! Can't book appointments anymore - just pot luck if you manage to get one of the ones when you phone on the day. If not you're directed to the infuriating online form that asks irrelevant questions & take forever to fill in - and that's if you know what you're doing. God knows how the elderly or incapable manage. Getting to even speak to someone is impossible these days. You've let covid overtake every other ailment in priority & it's ridiculous. Use your common sense & go back to letting people actually see or even speak to a doc with jumping through arbitrary hoops.
