My husband has Parkinson’s and other problems, the surgery have been great, you can always speak to a doctor on the day if needed and get an appointment.

Disinterested box ticking. They don't know what patient centric means. Take your ills and be quiet, or as the doctor said, feel free to register somewhere else (where they give a damn).
