Over 20 minutes waiting then cut off so called again! One G.P only so no chance of an appointment. Advised to do an E.consult to be “ in the system”! No response to that even. Made an official complaint a year ago and seems things have got worse it’s awful!

Given me an appointment as worried it could be shingles.. feel ignored yet again!

I have had many surgeries in the Bournemouth area and in my opinion Marine comes very near the best if not the best staff are very helpful, nurses also, Doctors are professional and understanding. All in all a first class surgery.

I really can’t think of anything that could be improved.
