Despite repeated call, e,mails and face to face discussions this practise manager Nikki This doctors has not passed on VITAL medical information needed in a housing app. As a direct result an autistic patient and there carer have been left HOMELESS. The staff have shown themselves to be INCOMPETENT and UNCARING at best.
