I feel the receptions can be rude and very short with me. Trying to ring for an appointment is pretty impossible the waiting time can be up to an hour to be told there are none left for today ring back tomorrow with no apologies for the wait.

All GPs come with their unique personalities and all who I have met share the same desire to provide a personalised, Professionally, patient focused service - genuine care provided by genuine staff working in all areas of this magnificent Primary Care Centre.

A really efficient, well run and friendly practice. The nurses and doctors and support staff seem happy and caring. I have seen a number of different health care professionals there and have been impressed by the standard of care. They also manage to provide several services not available in other practices. A great achievement in these challenging times in General Practice. Thank you!
